Action Plan: Remember to take 15 minutes to pray each Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm that God will do a “new thing” for our Conference.
First Year: From Decrease to Increase:
Rediscovering God’s Vision through
Revitalization.
1. “Honest Assessment: Facing Our Reality with Courage and Hope”
Examining the church’s current standing, acknowledging areas of decline
without despair, and establishing a foundation of truth for moving forward.
2. “Returning to Our Roots: Reclaiming Biblical Identity and Purpose”
Rediscovering the church’s core mission, values, and calling as outlined in
Scripture, and aligning current practices with God’s original design.
3. “Community Transformation: Building Authentic Relationships and Unity”
Focusing on healing divisions, fostering genuine fellowship, and creating an
environment where people can grow together in faith and purpose.
4. “Outward Impact: From Inward Focus to Kingdom Influence”
Shifting from maintenance mode to mission mode, engaging the local
community, and becoming a beacon of hope and service in the surrounding
area.
